Step 1.) Use our submission form below to describe the items you’re selling. Please make sure to describe the condition accurately, note any incomplete pieces, identify editions/publishers, and provide any other important information about your collection. Sending photographs is encouraged. We are always available to receive extra documentation and pictures at sales@purpletreegames.com.
We do not purchase any items that have strong smoke or mildew smells, or significant water damage.
Step 2.) We will respond with either additional questions or an offer for your items. Our offers always include a reimbursement for shipping costs (we’ll specify what type of shipping to use).
Step 3.) You send your games to us. Please be sure to use sturdy boxes that are well-taped and stable. Please use packing peanuts or other packing material to make sure your items don’t shift within the box during transit. In addition, components inside game boxes should also be secure so they don’t shift during transit. Please include a slip with your name, e-mail address, and preferred form of reimbursement.
Step 4.) We reimburse you for the agreed upon amount with 24 hours. Primarily, we reimburse through Paypal, but can also issue checks, or provide credit to our ebay store (store credit reimbursements receive an additional 10% to the agreed upon amount).
